I teach live stream zoom yoga classes. Classes are all levels, duration 60 minutes.

Practice yoga with me from your home or any place where you are through Zoom! Sign up for any virtual class online.

Please download the Zoom app for free on your device (e.g.computer or phone).

1. Go to webpage: “Classes”
2. Scroll down to: “Buy today’s class…”
3. Receive a Paypal email conformation for today’s class!
4. You will NOT automatically receive a Zoom link email anymore!
5. When you are ready to take the class
6. Go BACK to the webpage: Classes on yoga-exclusive website 
7. Click on the Zoom link that is connected to today’s class
8. I will admit you to the class from the waiting room
